Release yourself from this negative thought. As of this day your thought is 'Amidst the hustle and bustle of this life, I will attain liberation'
We should allow the Consciousness to be the one who commands, directs and works, the one who talks and executes all one’s daily activities. That way we prepare harmoniously for meditation.

From the practical point of meditation, we must say that what we are looking for goes beyond mind and feelings. This is only possible if in our practical daily life we have trained ourselves intensively and prepared ourselves in our daily lives for this wonderful goal. (Practice twice a day..Morning/Evening)

Meditation becomes difficult when in our daily life we have not passed through a rigorous training, when we have not trained properly in the psychological gymnasium using social and family life as a training field.

During meditation, we should release the Essence, the best inside of us, the most dignified and decent. Precisely the Essence is enclosed within the inhuman elements or psychological aggregates that constitute the “I” or ego.

It is not possible to experience Reality or Truth, that which interests all of us, unless we free the Essence, which is trapped in the ego; if we do not, we will have to continue to live on in a world of dreams, in the intellectual center, emotional center, motor center, instinctive or the sexual centers. We want to be able to escape, to experience Truth.

Truth is not a question of theories; it is not a question of believing or not believing. It is not a matter of concepts or opinions.

Can you form opinions in relation to Truth?

What is an opinion? It is the projection of a concept, keeping the doubt and fear that truth is another thing.

What is a concept? Simply an elaborated reasoning projected by the mind; it can coincide or not coincide with something.

Can we assume that a concept or an opinion given out by the intellect would be precisely the Truth? No.

What is an idea? An idea can be magnificent; for example we can form an idea in relation to the Sun; such idea could be more or less exact, or more or less mistaken, but they are not the Sun. That way also we could form multiple ideas in relation to Truth but they are not the Truth.

Truth cannot be defined by words; the same with a sunset. Anyone can go into ecstasy while watching the Sun beginning to hide behind the golden splendour of the mountains, but trying to communicate to others this mystical experience is very difficult because others will not feel the same.

So Truth cannot be communicated. Truth is real for the one who has the experience. When freed of the ego we can experience Truth, we can perceive a radical transforming element within us as a high voltage element. This is possible but we have to know how to get it: by putting to work our Consciousness to replace mind and feeling so that the integrated Consciousness in us will be the one to function.
We must have a passive mind, a passive feeling and a passive personality, but have a totally active Consciousness. To understand this is indispensable; it is urgent if we are to become practical meditators.

With the technique of meditation what we are looking for is information. With a microscope we can see the life of microbes, bacteria, cells, microorganisms, etc. Any telescope can give us information about the celestial bodies, planets, meteorites, stars, etc. But meditation goes beyond and would permit us to know the Truth from something so small to something as grand as the Sun, the Truth of an atom or a constellation.

The most important thing is to learn to know how we can disentangle, take out our Consciousness from our mind and ego, to know how to extract the Consciousness from within the feelings. When we dominate the mind and feeling, obviously, we are breaking chains; we are coming out of that deadly dungeon, of that jail. In this way, we are preparing ourselves for Meditation.

Practice Meditation and realize, Truth..Love..God in your life

One should practice Meditation.
Meditation is an exact science based on real and tangible energies that are natural to the human being.
Meditation is a psychological technology.
It is a scientific method to harness and access the most powerful areas of the human psyche.
Meditation is a set of tools that provide entry to states of consciousness that anyone, anywhere, can enter, if they know the steps. The steps cannot be altered or skipped. They cannot be improved upon. They cannot be avoided.
Meditation is the means to awaken the consciousness in order to perceive the objective truth, without the interference of the mind.
The arrogance of modern humanity reveals itself in the presumption that we in this "advanced age" can improve upon the meditation techniques of our ancestors. We believe that we can invent machines or pills that will render obsolete the knowledge that created the tremendous civilizations of the past. This is a fallacy, and only leads the foolish into deeper suffering. We must recognize that nature never makes leaps: everything must grow and develop according to certain laws. You cannot force a tree to grow faster. We try, and it shows our arrogance and our foolishness. We try to improve nature, and the result is a disaster. The same applies to meditation. There are rules and there are laws; if we understand the rules, we can move directly to our goal. If we ignore the rules, we will get nowhere and we will instead become disillusioned or confused.
Many nowadays are using chemical or mechanical tools to attempt to force states of consciousness. They may enter altered states of consciousness; but this is not meditation.
Meditation is the science of activating the dormant consciousness that resides in the psyche of every human being. To activate this consciousness is to open one's inner perception, to see what cannot be seen with the physical sight. The method to arrive at this experience is the same no matter what meditation tradition one studies: to develop inner perception, you must first control your perception of here and now.
Whosoever liberates the self from the intellect can experience, can vividly verify, can feel an element that radically transforms.
When we liberate ourselves from the mind, then this mind is converted into a ductile, elastic, and useful vehicle with which we express ourselves in this conscious world.
Superior logic invites us to realize that liberating, emancipating ourselves from the mind, releasing ourselves from all mechanicity, is equivalent in fact to the awakening of the consciousness, to the termination of automatism.
That which is beyond the mind is Brahma, the uncreated eternal space, that which has no name, the Reality.
But let us study the facts: who is the one that wants to release himself, to liberate himself from the mortifying mind?
It is easy to answer this question by saying that the consciousness, the Buddhist interior principle, that part of the soul that we have within us, is what can and must be liberated.
Indeed, by itself, the purpose of the mind is only the bitter-ness of our existence.
Authentic, legitimate, real happiness is only possible when we emancipate ourselves from the intellect.
However, we must recognize that an inconvenience exists, as well as a capital obstacle and impediment in order to acquire that longed for liberation of the Essence. I am referring to the tremendous struggle of antitheses.
The Essence, the consciousness, even when of a Buddhic nature, disgracefully lives bottled up within the exaggerated intellectual dualism of the opposites: yes and no, good and evil, high and low, mine and yours, like and dislike, pleasure and pain, etc.
By all means, it is illuminating to deeply comprehend that when this tempest in the ocean of the mind ceases and the struggle between the opposites finishes, the Essence can escape and submerge itself within that which is the Reality.

Peace

To meet Krishna, I would suggest you begin some serious meditation. It is one thing to experience or to truly live the Illuminating Void and another is to acheive Intimate Self-Realization. Because of this we need to know how to meditate, to learn to meditate; it is urgent to understand meditation.

It is necessary to fight fear, forcing it to disintegration, until it is converted to cosmic dust. You must learn to meditate on the Divine mother Durga..She is the destroyer of Fear, Envy etc., to protect the Light..The God within you.

I m also part and soul of god my lord and u all r part of only one form i m also gaining experience with the help of yoga. from childhood i believe in psychology and nature and i can say that my karma bring me at this stage otherwise without my Krishna i m nothing i personally believe without god there is nothing US also is nothing i think that Krishna is the center of universe. I will spend my life in searching The whole about god . Gaining lot experience also sometimes confuse me because actually
god desire is there to strengthen one's now this is the chapter of illusion. If i will discuss on this article related to Shri Krishnachandraji whole life only i wll argue on this topic. Now i would like to end up.

I'd like to make the following suggestion: I think that it will be a good idea to use the above pictures of the Bhagavad Gita for the creation of illustrated books for children or fumetti, where can be used the said pictures, modifying them in various situations during the conversations between Sanjaya & Dhritarashtra and Krishna & Arjuna as well and thus give more reality to the battle actions in the Kurukshetra field, throughout computer programs, or even create e-books. The main purpose is to facilitate Bhagavad Gita for the children psyche. For this is needed an adaptation of this outstanding work. I think this writing is a "must" sine qua non for the children.

Dear Author,
Namoh Vaasu Dehvaya Namah,

A thought to locate pictures depicting the essence of each of the coveted eighteen chapters of BHAGAVAD GITA spurred my mind while bringing about an important book "Srimad Desineni Bhagavadgita" of my father Late. Desineni Venkatramaiah. I am highly pleased & excited by the very sight of brilliant exposition of artistry in potraying the chapter-wise pictures - cum - briefs coupled with magnanimous pictures on various intricate teachings of Bhagavan Sri Krishna on net. I place my honest appreciation & soulful sincerity on record. Great service to the humanity in spreading the divinity of Almighty. May Lord Sri Krishna bless the efforts of divinity of the author.
